Perfect Formula Diet

If you ever enjoyed a crunchy apple, fluffy baked potato, filling black beans, creamy oatmeal, or a fresh green salad, you’re already well on your way on the Perfect Formula Diet. Now you can complete what you started.

When you eat Perfect Foods in ideal proportions, you lose weight and stay lean without hunger or complex food tracking systems. Erase the term “portion size” from your vocabulary. You don’t dissect your foods into carbs, fats, and proteins. No need to stress about calcium or iron. Take fiber and the glycemic index off your list of things to fret about. Calories count, but you don’t count calories. Your food will come perfectly packaged with the nutrients and energy you require. What could be more convenient?
